How to buy a Lumi Borneo pillow
Place your order
Choose your pillow model and size, then enter your name, phone number and delivery address. Select Shipping or Self-Collect at checkout. No account needed — your order reference is your key.
Pay via QR and upload proof
The checkout page shows your exact total (including shipping). Scan the QR payment code to pay, then upload the receipt or proof of payment so HQ can verify it.
HQ verifies your payment
HQ checks your order details, payment amount, proof of payment and stock availability. If everything is valid, your order is confirmed; otherwise HQ will contact you for the next step.
HQ prepares your order
We confirm the product type, size and quantity, pack it safely, and update stock and order records.
Receive your order
Shipping: your parcel is handed to the courier and a tracking number is shared with you. Self-Collect: wait for the ready notification, then visit HQ with your order reference and proof of purchase.
